You can reply, challenge a view privately and show your position as an issue develops. Resolution is attributed, so readers can see whose view it is.
Each view comes from a customer whose connection to your business we’ve checked, and it appears on your profile. That gives your page something a directory copy doesn’t have, and gives search engines more to work with. We can’t promise where your page will appear in search results.

Is this for sole traders?
Yes. You don’t need to be a limited company or have a large online presence. Your practical experience can be longer than your public record.
What does a free claim include?
Identity checks, your logo and description, inviting customer views, replying and challenging privately. You can also ask us to correct information.
Can I remove a view I don’t agree with?
Disagreeing does not remove a view. You can answer or privately challenge it. Removal is only for no genuine connection, a wrong business match, altered documents, harassment or private information.
What does membership add?
For £5 a month, add photos, further business details and document checks, with a badge, and levels that your customer views of completed work count towards. We’re also developing tools, services and connections to help members build their businesses. Planned benefits will be labelled before you join.
